ABOUT
Now more than ever, it feels like a challenge for us to be connected to ourselves and living in alignment. We live in a fast paced world full of distractions, trends and comparisons. Our culture glorifies being busy, social, and focusing our attention outward. But what I've found is that when we live life this way, we can become disconnected from our joy, our authenticity, and more.

My own personal story was like any other up until a few years ago, I went to college and majored in English, which I loved (probably due to all of the symbolism), but I wasn't sure exactly what I wanted to do after. I've always enjoyed helping people but I think I needed to help myself first. About four years ago, I was going through the motions and I had friends, family, even a job I liked okay, but something was missing. I didn't realize it at the time, but I was stuck. Then, my catalyst for change came when I went through a painful rejection. I felt defeated, but it was a powerful mirror: it showed me that I had some real inner healing to do.

Since then, I've been on a journey to love and understand myself more. As I've become more aligned on the inside, my outer world has changed too. I've discovered some of my biggest passions during this time: astrology and coaching. I got certified as a life coach and took various astrology courses, although I'd credit my astrology expertise to the thousands of hours of independent study I've done on the subject! Astrology in particular has helped me very much. Learning about my chart (and my life) has given me a new perspective on the world, plus more compassion and understanding for myself and others. I see growth as a journey, not a destination, but I'm grateful for my progress so far and eager to help others using what has helped me.

I think everyone's life and timing looks different. Sometimes all it takes are small moments of self reflection to spark positive change. I believe we can create a happier, healthier world and it starts by looking inside ourselves!

All the best,
Sarah
